Allcargo’s unit AGL has entered agreements to acquire 100% stake in Asiapac Equity Investment Ltd, an investment company with subsidiaries operating in ocean freight logistics.
It will acquire the company for $4.99 million or Rs 41.35 crore. -The acquisition will result in an increase in business for Allcargo in Turkey. -The deal is expected to conclude in March, 2023.
